One-on-One Physical Training

RBAC One-on-One Physical Therapy

Physical therapy visits can be scheduled for one-on-one care appointments with an RBAC Physical Therapist.

We are now accepting Medicare part B as primary insurance only.  We do not accept Medicare Advantage Plans or any private insurance at this time.

Getting Started

Our pool is unique, specially designed, and staffed to assist our patrons. Specific properties of the water make aquatic exercise a safe and effective exercise option. 

  • Buoyancy decreases joint compression forces leading to decreasing pain 
  • Safe balancing environment for those with a high fall risk
  • The flow of water provides resistance in all movement directions and exercise intensities. 
  • Warm water temperature increases circulation, flexibility and promotes relaxation. 
Therapy Pool Details
  • Heated to 91 degrees year-round
  • 35 ft by 40 ft with the shallow area at a depth of 3’6″ and the deep area at a depth of 6′
  • Sanitized with Chlorine and CO2
  • Accessible with automatic chair lift

What if I can't swim?

Swimming ability is not required. We can use a variety of flotation devices for support in deep and/or shallow water. Instructors work closely with patrons until they feel comfortable in the water.

What if I use a wheelchair?

The pool is accessible by a chair lift or stairs with two rails. You may have an assistant/aide at no additional cost.
