Donation Request Guidelines

The RBAC receives many requests each year to provide sponsorships for our services to our local nonprofit community. Lately, we have experienced an increase in requests as a result have implemented the following policy and guidelines. As a non-profit organization, know that we provide as much support as available.

Note: For consideration, we ask that ALL guidelines are followed otherwise we are not able to honor your request.

• Please submit your online application requests 60 days in advance to receive consideration.

• Donation amounts are awarded by the quarter (e.g., Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, etc.), meaning that when the RBAC reaches the donation amount for that quarter, we can not approve additional amounts.

• Requesting organizations must be a 501©3 nonprofit and the Tax ID must be included in the request

• A statement about the organization with the donation request on the organization’s letterhead must be attached to the request.

• No more than one donation request per organization per each calendar year.

• All donation certificates awarded expire 12 months from date of issue.

It is at the sole discretion of the RBAC for which program a certificate may be issued. There are a limited number of donations available per year and are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

You will receive an email response regarding approval or denials of requests.
