FAQs
We’d love to hear from you!
What are the facilities like?
At Camp we use one of the Olympic-sized swimming pools, access to beautiful
Brookside Park, a shaded arts and crafts area, and air-conditioned rooms.
We also have access to baseball fields, soccer fields, play structures, an outdoor
stage, and a shaded picnic area.
Can I create my own schedule?
We will only have weekly registrations for 2026. Campers must be registered
Monday-Friday, a week at a time.
What does tuition cover?
Everything! All field trip entrance fees are included in the tuition, and campers
are not allowed to bring money to camp. The only exceptions are Knott’s meal tickets and Dodger game food.
Will my child receive a swim lesson?
YES! Each camper has access to an optional 20 minute daily swim lesson.
(Mandatory swim lessons are available by request). Lessons are taught by the
Rose Bowl Aquactics Center’s swim instructors between 9:00 am and 11:00 am.
Swim lessons are not available on days when the campers are on a field trip that leaves at 9:00
Campers are divided into swim groups by grade and ability. On their first day of
camp, each camper must take a swim test and is placed in a lesson accordingly.
What group will my child be in?
Campers are grouped by Fall of 2026 grade level. If you would like to group siblings/friends in different grades together, the older camper will be placed with the younger camper. Campers must be in the same grade level group for the full summer.
What if my child does not want to participate in a certain activity or field trip?
Campers may choose what they want to do each hour from our selection of activities.
