Dive Team

Ready to Dive In
The Rose Bowl Aquatics Center Dive Program offers year-round introductory, intermediate, and advanced lessons, as well as competitive Novice and Junior Olympic teams, ensuring consistent and effective skill development. Since opening, the Rose Bowl Dive Team has ranked among the nation's top teams, with most high school graduates continuing to dive in college, many earning scholarships. For beginners, all you need are swim trunks or a bathing suit, basic swimming skills, and a desire to have fun!
Thanks to the 2025 USA Diving Developmental Grant, the Rose Bowl Diving Boosters, and the Rose Bowl Aquatic Center’s Financial Assistance Program, the Breaking Barriers Dive Grant is making that vision a reality. This grant offers six "Learn to Dive Days" for 100 youth participants, USA Diving memberships for 12 athletes, and financial support for 18 athletes to compete in local meets. Beyond athletic development, the program fosters confidence, resilience, teamwork, and leadership skills, creating a lasting impact both in and out of the pool.
