Topics covered include: precautions before providing care, legal issues, assessing a victim, medical emergencies such as poisoning, trauma emergencies such as shock and severe bleeding, special situations such as childbirth, and much more.
Certifications are awarded to participants who demonstrate competency in skills scenarios and achieve a passing grade of 80% or higher on a written exam.
Certificates issued will be Preventing Disease Transmission and Title 22.
Don't forget to bring a notepad and pen for taking notes.
