This course is open to the general public and is ideal for parents with young children, babysitters, caregivers or anybody else interested in knowing how to respond to first aid emergencies and is a great addition to any CPR course.

Topics covered include: precautions to follow before providing care, checking an injured or ill person, providing care for sudden illness, environmental emergencies, soft tissue injuries, and injuries to muscles, bones and joints.

Certifications are awarded to participants who demonstrate competency in skills scenarios and achieve a passing grade of 80% on a written exam.

This course is open to all individuals 8 years and older and the course fee is $75.00.

Don't Forget: Bring a pen and notepad.
